Contact

Part 2 - Loss and Growth.

By Chen. 7 Jan 2010.

For those within the physical realms who have some knowledge of the Spirit Realms and additionally an awareness of the contact with Spirit through hearing, seeing, sensing / feeling those within the Spirit Realms, then when contact is made by a 'discarnate' Spirit (that which is within the Spirit Realms) to an 'incarnate' Spirit (that which is within the physical realms), it enables an enrichment of contact compared to the individual's abilities when they were incarnate or 'living' within the physical realms and conversing then. Where there is no longer a physical body, a greater knowledge and awareness is present to in-part information to those within the physical realms.

When existing within the physical realms, there is only a fragment of the total Spirit that exist overall and as such only a fraction of the true extent of knowledge present too - for example only a selection of 'tools' from the complete toolbox which makes up the Spirit within the Spirit Realms are required within the physical realms for the lessons which are to be learnt and subsequently enable the correct knowledge to be gained - the complete toolbox is not required. This is also in part why those within the physical realms cannot fully experience the complete richness of the Spirit Realms.

Many will have experienced the sorrow and loss associated with the passing of a loved one into the Spirit Realms. For those who remain within the physical realms after this passing and who have some understanding and knowledge of the continued existence of the human soul whether that is in the belief that we do not die or the ability to sense, feel, hear, see or know of their loved ones presence now without physical form, then this greater understanding than many who may simply believe that there is nothing beyond the physical realms, should enable a little more consolation than without this knowledge.

In knowing that a loved one is still 'here' but their presence is perhaps not as they were known before in the physical realms, can and often does bring an element of consolation. However this 'awareness or knowing' of their continued presence does not always make it that easier to come to terms with the loss. What I mean by this is, that when there is no knowledge of the Spirit Realms and once a loved one departs the physical realms, then there is an element of closure as they are 'no more', which of course takes time and sadly some in the physical realms never come to terms with their loss but many do learn to cope even if there is not full or even partial acceptance.

However, with an 'awareness or knowledge' of the Spirit Realms may also come an awareness of the loved one who has passed over, but it does not necessarily make the process of grieving any easier as there is to an extent 'no letting go' or 'closure' compared to those who know nothing of the Spirit Realms which can enable to some extent a 'closure' to take place.

The loss of a loved one from the physical realms and the process of grieving varies from individual to individual and so there is no right or wrong way to deal with this. This process is purely of the physical realms and is a series of emotions which must be processed or experienced to fully move forward. To hold onto an element of these physical emotions does not enable an individual to fully grow and move forward as there is a 'holding' onto an aspect of what 'was' but is no more, rather than 'what is'.

On returning to the Spirit Realms, the fragment of the Spirit which has resided in the physical form whilst present within the physical realms, rejoins the majority which has resided within the Spirit Realms. The knowledge and learnings gained from this lifetime in the physical realms are joined to all that which has been previously attained and in so doing enables the reformation of a truly 'unified' Spirit.
