Where It Rains In Your World It Rains In Ours.
1st interview with Chen, a Spiritual Guide of Karen Sargood. 6 Dec 2009.

Natalie Dekel: Hello Chen. Can you tell us how do you make the 'travel' from the 'Spirit World' and into our physical world?
Chen: As I come here to join you from the Spirit World, the physical aspect of the medium (that channels me now) is pushed aside. It does not go completely because it is not possible to push away the physical being, since I rely on the physical link to stay here with you.
The medium must be willing to step back for me to step forward, but the medium's body is different to mine so it takes time to bring the two together. We sit and work and take the time to practice. The spirits in the Spirit World must learn to control the physical being, and that is not easy. And like you have to learn your ABC, it takes us time to perfect, for you are complicated beings and we need to learn to align to all that is within you.
What would you like to tell us today?
There is so much information to convey but your world is so limited by the physical boundaries that you exist in, and we cannot breach those boundaries for you to see all and understand all. But we try and convey as much as we can.
You see, we are not separated. Some people who cannot see us say that we are, but this is not true. Your world and ours are one. Where it rains in your world it rains in ours...
While we do not feel your sorrow like you do, we understand sorrow and pain of this world. So we know what it's like for you to have sadness, joy, upliftment, hardship and good times. Many of us have lived before in the physical form and so with that we know what it feels like to 'live'.
But there are spirits who have never been born, who have never chosen the physical world and in doing so the true understanding of all those emotions here are very limited. But they learn, they do learn to understand what it is like, by spending time here within the realms of your 'dark' world as we see it from the realms of light...
And in time - your time, not ours, because there is no time here - we learn to understand, accept and appreciate how hard communication with us can be for you.
There are many here today in this room, we are not alone and there are many who have come to see our communication. You know, I have never truly come forward before to be allowed to speak with anyone here, so the honour is truly all mine.
As long as there are ears on this side I will continue to effortlessly do my work. I say 'effortlessly' because it is not burdensome to support those who choose to be on the physical side. It is done with, as you would say, a willing heart and a willing mind and I would choose no different a path.
You do not have time, do you? Does it mean that you work 24/7 non-stop?
There is a '24/7, 365 days', as you call it, but it is not divided. There is no gradation of time at all. It is just a continuum - there is no start, there is no end, for it is all one. We do not see before or after. It is the 'now' and the moving forward. With each now is 'now'. There is no minute ago, there is no minute to come.
We try to teach you so hard to live in the present moment, the 'now' but you do not understand the concept. You are always running for the next bus, and the next moment, and the next TV program. Yet, it does not exist because it is not now.
Your yesterdays are not there in the way they are in the Spirit World. There is no time in the way you mark it.
What about emotions?
Your world is so full of emotions. The boundaries of the physical world mean you have evidence of experience that you assimilate into emotions. You live to experience and express because your physical being has those limits. We on the other hand do not have emotions. It does not exist as your plane has it.
We know what your plane has because many of us have been there before but emotions, they are not present, time does not exist. It is purely being and in the 'now'. We do not look for tomorrows because we have none. We look and live in the 'now'.
So, how do you evolve?
We are always evolving. The Spirit is always at the beginning. Each new moment, as you call time, is a new beginning. We start over and over because it is all brand new. You are never at the beginning truly as you are never truly at the end, because there is no start or finish. It truly is eternal. We do not have the boundaries like you. We do not exist with boundaries because they limit us, but you do because your world is solid - our world is not.
The archetypal mind is truly free. Yours is stuck between your ears, my child... You cannot take it out because it is required for your physical being to keep it alive.
Why do you need the mind to keep the physical alive?
The mind regulates the body. Without your mind your body would not exist and then you would come and join all those on my side of life...
Why do we need to come to the physical plane? Can one not learn like you do, in the Spirit World alone?
There is no need to be in the physical world if you do not want to, yet there are things to learn here. The lessons are different within the physical world. It is an enrichment of life, shall we say, that you cannot experience unless you have a physical form.
Not everyone chooses to come to the physical world. It is purely choice alone. But not always for everyone. The choice is sometimes made for them.
By who?
By us.
Do you have gradations of levels in the Spirit World or is it all the same?
There are many levels within the Spirit World. They are all levels of light, some closer to the physical world than others. And as you progress and develop your spirituality you move to higher levels of light. Within each level there are many levels. You do not progress solely from one to another. Each new level brings some challenges.
For what purpose?
It is eternal, my child. It is part of the process of ever-evolving development. It is for you to continually grow without boundaries. It is a requirement. Life does not stop.
What about God?
If you believe in God how do you perceive God?
I'm not sure. I think it's the whole universe but sometimes I feel it's more like somebody I can turn to, like an intelligence of sorts, but yet it's the universe, so it's a bit contradictory.
But all is one in this world, is it not?
I think so.
So there is no contradiction. Your individual that you go to is part of the entirety that you speak of. It is the all, is it not?
Yes. But then how can it be someone wiser than others?
There is no wiser than others. It is the entity that you speak of as a whole. You choose to separate them and have it as one at times. But it is the completeness, not the individual.
If you are a Buddhist you have certain beliefs to do with who you see as the ultimate being. If you are Catholic you see a God. If you are spiritual you see the whole. But each religion divides its own for its own cause and means. You all look to one and that is the entirety - how you label it is the physical world's division of religions, but it does not truly exist. We have others who speak here too, now. How knowledgeable are they, I ask?
What about nationalities and divisions to countries, is that all artificial?
It is all within the physical realm. It is how you choose to live in this world. We do not make divisions between things. We do not segregate people. You are a whole one.
Why would we choose to have different colours or different nations that would be at wars with each other?
That is manmade. These are all manmade. Your wars are the result of difference of opinions and naiveté in many ways. It is about too many of you not seeing the other side and choosing not to see others' opinions. Wars are purely your own means and ends of which sadly, much life is lost.
But it still follows the rule by which you must agree to lose your life, or be a victim? With freewill, everything then results of agreement where people decide to participate in that way?
You all have a path to follow. These wars will happen and lives will be lost until humankind sees the damage it does, not only to self but to the physical world that you live in. You rape, you pillage, you take from the land but you do not return it to the state it needs.
Mother Earth needs the kind and gentle hand. Man damages himself simply through his naiveté and his lack of thought for others.
Do you not see that you damage each other with words? And you damage each other by your actions because often the bit that resides between your ears is not engaged...
What about global warming? Is that a factual event or a political manipulation?
It is part of the natural process that exists within the earth. There will always be ice ages, and there will always be barrenness at times, because how else can Mother Nature protect herself?
It is like you, when you go to sleep... You allow your body to regenerate. Mother Nature does the same. She allows herself to sleep and then life starts again. Now, let me tell you a bit about our world...
The world that we exist in is one of harmony, of balance, of ensuring that we help those less fortunate than ourselves and fortune in our world, is about mind and development. If you have something that you are better at, you are further on your path and then you will help others who are lesser than yourself. It is eternal to help all around you as they help you. There is no marking of 'I did this for you, so you should do this for me'. We do not give to receive but it is all in perfect balance.
Your world is out of kilter because you do not understand that concept. We also learn - we learn by teaching others. In a way it is teaching as you teach here, in many forms, whether they are lessons or spending time with another. It does not matter how the information is conveyed but that we are helping and sharing the lesson for others to understand.
Sadly your world looks to use it to get ahead. We do not, because in your growth is always another's growth. Without you helping others you do not grow here. It is not about self and the ego for there is none here. Here we exist as an entity, a whole.
I am, as you know me as Chen. But I am not Chen here. I am light. I am light like many others. I form and I am part of the whole light and the whole light that exists is the Spirit World. I am an aspect within. I am not a lone aspect. I do not see myself as light itself. I am part of the Spirit World but I am the Spirit World too as are others who exist here.
Keith, the other spiritual being that you know, is also light. He does not exist separate of me. We are all one. He is a part of me as I am him. There is no separation. The only separation that exists, in a way, which is not real, comes because we come to your world. When we touch you, you know who we are. But the light when I return, is me, as part of the world. I am spirit within and I am spirit out, too.
When I touch this 'vessel', the medium that channels me now, she knows me as Chen. She knows how I look, but that is not who I am. She knows Keith, the one she loves unconditionally. That love is what she recognizes when he touches her being. But he is not who she thinks he is. He is a part of the light which makes up the whole. He is not individual. You are not in this world individuals - you are part of the whole.
I do not see myself separately. I am part of the light which is the Spirit World. So when I touch you, you hear and you see me, since I have chosen to pull myself away from the world that I exist in, in spirit, to touch you. But I am still part of the Spirit World. I hope that this makes sense?
How do you, spirits, communicate with each other?
Purely through energy. You would understand it as 'mind' because that is what you have. Mind is not right, but it is the only way we can make you understand.
Like telepathy?
No. It's not mind as such, it is energy. We are energy. The lessons are passed through energy.
Would it be different types of energies?
It is like colours. You have red, yellow, green, orange, blue and so on. Those energies vibrate differently to produce different light. And that light is how we communicate... but it is not in colour, it is in energy.
Is that a bit like a picture? Say if I am drawing a picture of a tree, it then gives a personal experience of different trees to each person each time they see it.
It is similar to that. The energy that comes, I can only describe in your terms would make you feel different if you received it as a spirit. If I communicate with another spirit the energy transference is different for each aspect of information I wish to converse with them over.
Well, if you are the energy and the communication is energy as well...
It is different energy to us. We exist at a particular vibration, each of us. And there is different energy, energy beyond your physics here. That energy is different to us and it is used to communicate with. It is not the same to us. It is like me saying to you, 'your words are you'. That does not make sense, does it? And so the energy we communicate is not the energy which is me. It is different.
You see the colour spectrum, my child. You know what it runs to in your world, do you not?
Yes.
The physicists here, they know so little. There are colours beyond the colours you see here, way beyond the spectrum of what you know and it is that, that is our world and it is our world that sees these, not you.
Do you have cases of spirits misunderstanding each other?
No. There is no error on our side.
What about people who died and they don't know they've died? How come that error happens?
That is a transition state. We may talk about this some other time, my child.
What about emotions that create conflicts in our physical world. Love, for example, can create a lot of conflicts between people.
You see, my child, love in your world is there. There is love. And it sometimes causes pain within when people want the end result and they do not want to go through the process. They want to reap the rewards without walking the path...
Do you not feel that love is stronger because you have to work at it?
Yes.
Now, let me say that we are here and we will always be here for you. We do not go anywhere even if you cannot see us... As I said, our worlds are one. It rains in your world; it rains in ours because there is no separation. So just remember, Natalie, the next time you see raindrops, your mother sees them too...
